Event Company (Lori Newman with National Cinemedia) contacted. No plans can be set until within a month of release. Private showings in the first ten days are doubtful. Time in the theater after a showing would probably be only after the last showing.

4/8, Bill: It appears n\to not be rated yet. The Sony Pictures website displays a "PG-13" rating, but it is unclear if that refers only to the movie trailers contained on the site.
